There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future INCON PTY LTD customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. INCON is committed to delivering high quality services and meeting applicable customer, statutory, regulatory and other relevant requirements. The quality of our work is supported by our Integrated Management System (IMS) that is compliant to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. Implementing an internationally recognised best practice approach to quality ensures a focus on achieving results and continuously improving our customer service.

Management is committed to providing the resources, leadership and support necessary to maintain and continually improve the Integrated Management System.

The IMS objectives provide a clear direction to achieve our vision and strategic outcomes as follows:

INCON monitors and measures activities across our services. Our review process is integral to meeting customer needs and expectations and supporting continual improvement. Our IMS and quality review activities have an integrated risk management approach which ensures both internal and external factors are recognised and managed.

INCON evaluates the effectiveness of the IMS through monitoring and measurement processes and implements the necessary support activities to achieve the policy objectives. INCON will ensure that this policy is communicated and promoted to all workers, subcontractors and suppliers of goods and services.

All workers, subcontractors and other authorised personnel on company premises or while undertaking work activities under the control of INCON, will be required to co-operate with carrying out this policy by ensuring their work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System.

Work Health & Safety Policy

INCON is committed to providing a workplace that enables all work activities to be carried out safely. We will take all reasonably practicable measures to eliminate hazards and minimise risks to the health, safety and wellbeing of workers, subcontractors, visitors and any other persons who may be affected by our services.

We are committed to complying with applicable WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, relevant Standards and the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. We are committed to continually improving our WHS Management System and WHS performance.

This policy shows our commitment to:

  • Our workers’ health and safety.

  • A collaborative approach to identify and solve health and safety issues with our workers.

  • Continually improving work health and safety by addressing hazards and reviewing outcomes.

  • Providing and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment through the implementation of safe work practices, safe systems of work and the provision of safe work equipment.

  • Ensuring that workplaces under the control of INCON are safe.

  • Developing WHS objectives in line with our WHS strategic direction and policies.

  • Consulting with and encouraging the participation of workers and other relevant stakeholders on health and safety matters.

  • Providing relevant, up-to-date WHS information to all workers on matters such as workplace safety and their responsibilities.

  • Providing instruction and/or training in work processes where appropriate.

  • Developing and implementing strategies which include workplace assessment, hazard identification, and appropriate remedial action to eliminate or control hazards.

  • Implementing and maintaining appropriate information and reporting methods.

Our workers must:

  • Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and ensure that their acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others in the workplace.

  • Follow reasonable instructions given by INCON to protect their health and safety.

  • Identify and report any workplace incidents or hazards to their supervisor.

  • Not wilfully interfere with or misuse items or facilities provided.

  • Support the continual improvement of the WHS Management System and comply with all applicable WHS requirements and procedures.

Every person at an INCON workplace is responsible for ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times.

Environmental Policy

INCON is committed to achieving the principles of environmental sustainability in our workplace. We recognise our moral and legal responsibility to ensure that our services do not place the local community or environment at risk of harm and to minimise the environmental impacts of our activities for the benefit of our workers (including subcontractors), clients, visitors and members of the public.

We are committed to complying with applicable environmental legislation, regulations, other compliance obligations, and the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems relevant to our activities.

Management will:

  • Identify, monitor and manage environmental aspects and impacts arising from our services.

  • Establish, monitor and review environmental objectives and targets to drive continual improvement in environmental performance.

  • Make a commitment to fulfil compliance obligations, including all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, objectives and targets through a continual improvement process.

  • Make a commitment to the principles of preventing pollution to the environment and continual improvement.

  • Encourage suppliers to meet high standards of environmental performance.

  • Communicate this policy to all workers, subcontractors and other stakeholders, and make it available to the general public.

  • Report on the company’s environmental performance in both internal and external communications, where relevant.

  • Review this policy annually and assess targets and performance as part of that review.

Workers will:

  • Follow procedures, instructions, and rules.

  • Reduce the consumption of natural resources in daily operations.

  • Dispose of waste appropriately, including e-waste at designated e-waste collection facilities.

  • Participate in training.

  • Report environmental hazards.
